Had some problems being 'seen' in GTA online. Friends couldn't invite me and they saw me as 'Offline'. Took me a while to figure out that 'Presence Visibility' does not work! Mine were set to FRIENDS which ofcourse SHOULD work so my friends can see me. Well it doesn't! 

I set it on EVERYONE and now everybody can see me again and invite me to jobs!
